The avatar itself is relatively simple as it was just a passion project of mine but if their is enough interest it will receive updates. You can use it however you want upon purchase just don't share the actual unity file itself if you want to upload it to someone else VRChat account you can do that, just don't give them the unity project. Other than that use this model however you would like! Granted its not for crime or something somehow.
