I received a request for a Scottish kilt a few months back! If you aren't a fan of the girly short kilt, you can adjust the length with a shapekey for a more unisex style. Plenty of other shapekeys are included for a variety of body types among furry avatar fans, including Zoichi, Rantichi, and Coppouchi.
I also include demo prefabs to show how to set up the materials, as well as a readme for those that aren't sure how to add clothing.
Made from scratch in Blender, painted using procedural materials in Substance Painter.
